Requesting and Processing Digital Refunds on Get

Get will process refunds on behalf of your organisation if needed. As we use a secure third-party payment platform, the transactions will be refunded and processed within 5-7 working days.

NOTE:  Get can only perform refunds made digitally through our secure payment platform. We are unable to processes refunds for cash or bank transfer payments. 

 

If your customer is asking you for a refund to be processed, please do send an email to support@useget.com with the following details:

Email Title: Refund Request for *Organisation Name*

  • Name of Organisation (URL)
  • Name of Event / Event ID (URL) OR Membership Level OR Merchandise Name
  • Customer Name
  • Customer Email
  • Customer Ticket ID OR Membership ID OR Order ID
  • Amount to Refund - we offer both full and partial refunds 

The Get Support Team will then process the refund request.
