Requesting for Payouts

Once you start collecting payments, you can then withdraw the money stored within Get to a dedicated bank account

20. Add payout bank account-1As an organisation, whenever you make a sale (tickets, merchandise or memberships), all transactions are recorded and stored in your organisation's Treasury.

 

At any point of time, you can request for payouts direct to your bank account from your Get platform via the desktop or mobile app. 

 

Guide to Payouts on the Desktop: 

  1. Login to your Get account and access the "Finances" Tab on the left sidebar menu
  2. Click on the "Bank Accounts" tab and fill in all details (you only need to do this once)
  3. Click on "Payout" to initiate the payout process
  4. Input the $ amount you wish to payout and click "Confirm"
  5. Your payout has been sent and will take 2-3 business days to process

Guide to Payouts on the Mobile App: 

  1. Login to your Get account and go to "Seller Center" on the top left corner
  2. Select your organisation and navigate to the "BalanceIMG_FEA85781338F-1 tab on the bottom 
  3. Click on the "Settings" IMG_1683 icon and click on "Local Bank Account" to input your bank details (you only need to fill this in once)
  4. Click on "Payout to local bank account" to initiate the payout process
  5. Input the $ amount you wish to payout and click "Confirm"
  6. Your payout has been sent and will take 2-3 business days to process

    NOTE: All payouts will be recorded within the "Transactions History" report. You may export this report from the desktop.
