On the day of your event, use our nifty QR code scanners to check-in guests within seconds
Once a customer successfully purchases a ticket to your event, they will receive a unique Ticket ID and QR Code attached in their email confirmation. They can use the same QR Code provided to gain entry to the event venue. Here's a quick guide on how to use the QR Code Scanners to checkin your guests in seconds.
Guide to using the QR Scanner
- Download the Get Mobile App
- Go to "Seller Center" at the top left corner
- Select your organisation
- Click on your event "Guest List"
- Click on the QR Code icon on the top right corner
- Start scanning in QR Codes
NOTE: If a guest presents the wrong QR Code, you will be notified that the guest does not have the correct ticket for this event
QR scanner not working? Don't sweat!
Our mobile app allows you to manually check in guests as well.
- Follow steps 1-4 listed above ^
- Search for your guests name in the search bar provided
- Click on the "Check In" button located beside their names
